We currently are only able to ship to customers located within the United States and Canada. Our goal is to always ship your order, either by UPS or USPS, within one business day. USA shipments should arrive at the specified ship-to address within seven business days. Canadian orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive at the specified ship-to location.
Regarding Canadian Orders: Any additional fees or taxes that may be levied on your purchase/shipment (i.e. Duty, PST, GST, HST, etc..) will be your responsibility to pay when you are notified by the carrier or governmental agency. This could impact delivery timeframe.
Should faster shipping service be needed, we would be more than happy to expedite the delivery of your order.

Please note, GHS will ship to the Ship-To Address that you specify using the carrier of our choosing, but with a goal of getting your order to you in the fastest and most economical manner. Please contact us to advise any specific carrier requests or requirements.
This Western Saddle and Pad Fitting Service is provided for your convenience at your farm or barn. Call us, schedule an appointment, and we'll travel to your place to assist with the following:
This service is billed to customers in two components.
First, there is a one-time round-trip mileage fee that is always based on the current year's IRS Mileage Reimbursement Allowance. Round-trip Mileage is always calculated from Gass Horse Supply & Western Wear, 476 Main Street, Orono, Maine to your location and then back to GHS. We use Google Maps as our standard for determining round-trip mileage.
Second, a Saddle/Pad Fitting Fee will be assessed PER horse and will be based on your one-way distance from our Orono store location. Please contact us to discuss the Saddle/Pad Fitting Fee component as it will obviously vary based on your location and the number of horses involved.
Mileage and Fitting Fees must be paid for in advance of scheduled appointment.
The service must be scheduled in advance. We will ask that various pictures of your horse be sent first before the scheduled appointment along with a phone interview.
