Stetson Lariat Felt 5X - Black
There's nothing more iconic than a Stetson cowboy hat. The Lariat is made with 5X quality fur felt and features a traditional 4" cattleman crown. A felt hat band is adorned with an engraved three-piece silver tone buckle set.

Understanding the "X" Rating
The "X" rating system for felt hats traditionally represents the quality of the felt based on the fur content. While the rating system can vary by manufacturer and specific blend, 5X is considered a quality fur felt hat.
A hat with a higher X rating, such as 10X or 20X, contains a greater proportion of finer furs and is considered to be of higher quality and durability.
