Every Resistol straw hat starts out in the hands of a skilled weaver. Depending on the complexity of the pattern, a single hat can take up to several days to complete.

Vented crowns with complex patterns take the longest to weave but have the added benefit of letting air flow through the crown to help you keep cool in the mid-day sun.
